We do not inspect each charm once received. If there are charms that have imperfections, we will not compensate for the defective charm unless here are more than 5 charms per product that are defective with photographic proof. No refunds on defective items, store credit or replacements ONLY (replacements can take 10-20 business days). Any defective charms must be submitted with photographic proof within 5 business days of arriving to you, otherwise no refund or credit will be issued. We do not know how long the plating will last, it all depends on how it is stored, how the person wears it (lotions, humidity, oils in skin, perfume, water, ocean, pool and other factors can tarnish a charm over time). RACK PLATING Want some of our flat charms engraved? Rack plating requires a little more turn around time (10-25 business days). Pricing is on a per piece basis, with a minimum order of 36x pieces per product.
