Description TriEnza aids in digestion of food proteins; including gluten, casein, and soy; starches; carbohydrates; sugars (including lactose); and fats.* TriEnza is high in DPP IV, dipeptidyl peptidase IV; the only enzyme known to breakdown casomorphin (from casein) and gluteomorphin (from gluten). TriEnza is safe with no toxicity demonstrated at any dosing level. Other enzymes, supplements and medications may be given with TriEnza because it contains no cellulase enzyme to interfere with time-released medications. One-quarter teaspoon contains: 50,000 HUT Peptidase with DPP IV, 65,000 HUT Protease 800, 25,000 HUT Protease 6.0, 12,000 DU Amylase, 25 AGU Glucoamylase, 200 GalU Alpha-galactosidase, 16,000 XU Xylanase, 30 BGU Beta-glucanase, 1500 ALU Lactase, and 200 FIP Lipase. Other Ingredients: Medium Chain Triglycerides. No added sugar, starch, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, gluten, artificial flavors or animal derivatives. Vegetarian and vegan formula.
